Namaste Barn is a lovely yoga studio and retreat centre located in beautiful countryside near the village of Ideford, around 11 miles south of Exeter.

Payment is due in full prior to the retreat day and is non-refundable. If you book a place and are not able to attend, you will be welcome to give or sell your place to somebody else, just let us know the contact details of the new attendee.
The Early Bird rate of £85 is available until 20th October and the full rate of £95 applies from 21st October.Â
Please note, a group sound journey wouldn’t be suitable for you:
If you’re in your first trimester of pregnancy or you have a problematic pregnancy. If you have had a metal implant in the last 6 weeks. If you have any severe heart conditions, a pacemaker or shunt. If you suffer with severe anxiety. If you have severe ADHD or other severe neurodivergent disorder. If you have sound epilepsy.
