Essential Rest Yoga and Somatics workshop at the Lotus Loft in Exeter
The second in the NEW Essential Rest workshop series will be on the 9th of January 2027.
We’ll focus on ‘Exploring the Pelvis‘ in the gentle somatics and restorative yoga practice. This will be followed by iRest Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) and we’ll have time for tea and a tasty treat.
Payment is due in full prior to the workshop and is non-refundable. If you can’t attend for any reason, you are welcome to gift or sell your ticket to somebody else, just let me know their contact details.
